DraftPlaceholder text, not legal advice. It will be replaced by reviewed terms before Aliquot processes live payments.
Who we are
Aliquot is payments infrastructure for platforms: invoices paid in USDT and USDC, split on a double-entry ledger, paid out to wallets. The legal entity and its contact address will be named here before Aliquot processes live payments.
What we collect
Account data: your name, email address, a hash of your password and, if you enable it, your two-factor settings. Organization data: its name, members, roles, API keys (stored as hashes) and webhook endpoints.
Payment data that your platform sends us: amounts, titles, order references, metadata and, when you include it, the buyer email used to deliver refund claim links. Requests made with an API key are recorded in a request log you can read in the dashboard.
On-chain data: deposit addresses, sending addresses, transaction hashes and amounts. These are public on the network by nature and cannot be deleted from it.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in, and a NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers your language. Optional analytics run only after you accept them in the consent banner.
Why we use it
To create and follow invoices, post ledger entries, send payouts and refunds, deliver signed webhooks, send transactional email, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
Who we share it with
The blockchain networks you use (transfers are public), the RPC and hosting providers that run the service, and the email provider that delivers our messages. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
You can export your account data and delete your account from the settings. Ledger records are kept after an organization is deleted, because the books must stay balanced and auditable.
