The service

Aliquot lets a platform create invoices paid in USDT or USDC on Polygon PoS, BNB Smart Chain and Base, split each confirmed payment between its sellers, partners, its own markup and our processing fee, and pay settled balances out to wallets.

Accounts and keys

You are responsible for your account, your API keys and the webhook secrets we show you once. Keys that can pay out require two-factor authentication when they are created, and payouts from the dashboard require a TOTP code.

Fees

We charge 0.50 % of the base price of each confirmed payment. Your markup is yours. Payouts and refunds carry a flat network fee deducted from the amount sent. There are no plans and no monthly fees.

Confirmations and transfers

A payment is credited once its transfer reaches the network's confirmation threshold (64 on Polygon PoS, 15 on BNB Smart Chain, 30 on Base). These thresholds are a risk policy, not protocol finality.

On-chain transfers cannot be reversed by us. Funds received are held in wallets controlled by the service until they are paid out. Money that is not owed to a seller (overpayments, expired partial payments, late transfers) is held for the buyer, who claims it to a wallet they control.

Test mode

Test mode runs on Polygon Amoy, BSC Testnet and Base Sepolia. Test tokens have no value and test balances cannot be paid out to mainnet.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what your platform and its sellers sell, and for your obligations toward your sellers and buyers. Do not use the service for unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is while these terms are a draft. We will announce changes to fees or to these terms before they apply.
